I have PMS, period came this morning. :( My back felt like broken. I stayed in bed for 3 hours after waking up. I slept a little, got up and slept a little and got up and passed today away. I think I hv listened to "In The Zone" all over for 4 times today. All i have eaten is 4 slices of bread and some baked beans.

I met a scottish guy on msn. it's fun to know about other culture. or I would have thought that HK people were the worst kind of people in the world. haha
